OverView of Meethari

History:

Meethari are very famous and oldest village in this part of Tahsil - Ladnun and District - Nagaur. Village have now turned as a small town form and a tranzit point. According to some local avoidance and peoples saying there are a water pond before the village came in as a peoples residence.The water pond famous as a name "Peeparni Nadi" or "Peepaly Nadi". The pond have always fulfilled with rain water restore so it is soon became a Rest Point on the way that was going "Marwar" or "Jodhpur" to Shekhawati sub state of Jaipur State.This village is last village on this root of Nagaur district as well as Marwar region. After just 5 KM far away from village in East direction the Boarder of Sikar district startes. Avoidance says that when the local peoples, businessmen, army, banjare or any body who was traveled on this way it means they crossed two state boarder in Rajput Dynasty Era [Almost 700 AD] then they always take some rest, shelter or night stay on this palace. Because they all found here the sweet and clean water for drinking for himself and also for there's cattels so this palace soon as "MEETHARI" - The place there peoples and cattels always foun sweet and clean rain water for drinking. The His Highness Maharaja of Jodhpur establishment a police head office for guarding this tranzit point and protaction of taravellers.

I known more about Meethari, this village is really Gat Way of Marwar region when the people of Shekhawaties gone across to Shekhawati to Marwar. This village also very famous for Ate Aagrawal Baniya Families because many reech famies are resident here from almost 400 - 500 years ago.The Manawat, The Badruka's, Patwari, Bazari's, Bharech , Jhuriya , Kandoi and some other Gotras like Bansal, Goyal, Garg and Patodiya are resident here.They all are very reech and kindful families because most oof development almost 99 % depends on Aagarwal families.
